Netgear WAX214 Setup
To set up the Netgear WAX214 setup Access Point, connect it to power and use an Ethernet cable to link it to your router. Then, connect your device to the WAX214’s default Wi-Fi network and enter in your browser to access the setup page. How to setup Netgear WAX214 via manual method ?
- Using the provided adapter, connect the WAX214 to a power source to turn it on.
- Use a network wire to connect the WAX214 to your switch or router.
- Connect to the WAX214’s built-in WiFi connection with your PC or mobile device.
- In the address box of a web browser, type http://192.168.0.100.
- Enter the default login data. Admin is the username, and password is the password.
- To set up the SSID and password for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, go to Wireless Settings.
- To keep your settings, click Apply. The WAX214 might reboot.
- Reconnect each device to the Wi-Fi network that was already set up.
